Baked Brie In Puff Pastry

The holiday season means spending quality time with family and friends. In this video, I will show you how to make an Easy Holiday Appetizer, a Brie En Croute Recipe. We are going to bake brie in a puff pastry. Brie En Croute FAQ: Do you take the rind off of brie cheese before baking? A note about the rind: I did not cut the rind off prior to baking. It is completely harmless, and you don't notice it much when your brie is baked. When I'm consuming brie unbaked, I sometimes removed the rind merely because I don't take joy in it. How do you eat brie en croute? Brush the outside of the brie en croute with egg wash. Add your favorite jam and nuts. Wrap the brie en croute in a puff pastry. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes or until pastry is golden light brown. Cool and serve: Transfer brie en croute to a sterilized work surface or serving plate and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
